interior designer/
project manager
A native of Southern California, I have spent the better part of the last decade running my design firm, dpd. In that time I have not only become readily familiar with all aspects of design and construction, I have built relationships with most of my clients and staff. I grew up in the construction industry. My Dad has been a licensed contractor since long before I was born, and I spent most of my teenage summers working for him and learning the trade. After high school, I began a career in Retail Management, working for two of the biggest and best in the industry, Macy's and the Gap. I decided to go back to school and received a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from Art Institute of Colorado (formerly Colorado Institute of Art)
After graduating, I moved back near my family to Tucson, and began growing a business of my own from scratch. After over nine years, I am ready to take my life to the next level and move back to San Francisco to begin a new exciting life in the big city. My interests are varied, I enjoy long walks, working out, going out, movies and music. I have two dogs that keep me pretty busy as well. My charitable affiliations have included volunteer work for San Diego Pride, Tucson Pride and Wingspan as well as participating in AIDS walks and March of Dimes walks for years. I also support Greenpeace, HRC, SAAF and the Humane Society, among others.
